Dira Schools shows the live location and estimated arrival time of school buses and records when children board and leave. It helps schools and parents but does not replace the school's duty of care or the driver's responsibility for children on board.
Arrival times are estimates. They depend on GPS, mobile network, traffic and phone settings, and can be wrong or delayed. Do not rely on the app alone for urgent safety decisions; contact the school or driver directly in an emergency. The SOS button helps raise an alert but is not an emergency service. Call the emergency numbers in Kenya if someone is in danger.
Do not misuse the service: no false reports, no sharing of bus locations or children's information outside the people who need it, no attempts to break or overload the system, and no use for stalking or harassment. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Schools pay the fee agreed with us, billed per student per period. Parents are not charged by us unless the school tells them otherwise.
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by delays, outages, wrong estimates or phone and network failures. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
